Our history

2021

COMSA Bio&Pharma is born to lead the execution of comprehensive projects in the Life Sciences and technology sector.

2016

COMSA Cleanroom Technology begins the execution of comprehensive projects (building, facilities and maintenance).

2010

Integration of EOLIS within COMSA Corporación to develop its activity in Latin America.

COMSA Cleanroom Technology is born.

2009

The COMSA and EMTE groups are integrated to create COMSA Corporación, the 2nd unlisted Spanish infrastructure and technology group.

2008

Opening of offices in Andalusia, Portugal, Argentina and France.

2006

LuwaEspañola becomes part of the mechanical division of the EMTE industrial group.

2000

More than 100 clean zone facilities in Spain and Portugal. Beginning of activity in the field of biosafety.

1998

Constitution of Luwa Mexico (formerly Aero Técnica, now EOLIS).

1993

Opening of the Madrid office and start of activity in Portugal.

1980

Creation of a department dedicated exclusively to the design and installation of clean areas.

1970

Installation of the first clean area in the Almirall laboratory.

1967

Creation of Aero Técnica (currently EOLIS) in the city of Monterrey, Mexico.

1953

Creation of LuwaEspañola, a subsidiary of LuwaAG of Zurich, in Barcelona.
